Responsibility/职位描述:


·      - Join to develop the budget and lead the implementation of regional market sales strategies and activities, primarily for Greater China markets, to increase sales volumes and profits.

参与制定并实施区域市场销售策略和预算,主要针对大中华市场的客户,增加公司销售量于利润;

·      - Identify, visit and develop potential clients, and maintain good relationships with existing or potential clients.

识别,拜访和开发潜在客户,与现有或潜在客户保持良好关系;

·      - E-platform partnership maintenance and make joint business plan proposal.

维护电子平台合作伙伴以及制定联合商业计划;


·      - Responsible for flash sales and relevant contracts.

负责团购以及相关合同洽谈。

·    - Help company to win new clients and business.
帮助公司赢得新客户;

·    - Negotiation contracts and hand over orders to sales team.

合同谈判并将订单下达给销售团队处理;

         -Provide sales data and reports analysis, to support company business development strategies.
提供销售数据分析报告,日常报表分析,与公司战略制定提供数据支持;

·     - Forecast market trend and propose development solutions.

预测未来市场并提出对应的发展方案;

·    - Collect and analyze competitors’ business information and planning, to support company decision-making.

收集,分析竞争对手商务信息,布局,为公司决策提供支持;

·    - Maintain project on a monthly basis and report to line manager.

每月维护项目进度并向直属经理汇报;

Requirement/任职要求;


·      - Bachelor degree or above.

本科学历及以上;

·     - At least 7-10 years of retail/wholesale sales working experience in toy, game or other related industry.

在玩具、游戏等其他相关产业里至少有7-10年的批发零售的销售工作经验;

·     - Fluent in Both oral and written English.

英语听说读写流利;

·     - Effective negotiations skills, resourceful and proactive in solving problems and delivering solutions.

有效的谈判技巧,能足智多谋、积极主动地解决问题和提供解决方案;


·     - Strong business sense and analytical skill.

强大的商业意识与分析技巧;

·     - Strong interest for games/board games.

对游戏/桌面游戏行业感兴趣。
